Job summary

Stripe, Dublin, is seeking a Solutions Architect within the Solutions Architecture team. You will build consultative relationships with C-level and technical decision-makers to drive monetization and growth, architecting solutions on Connect and platform payments.

In this role you will define customer strategy, roadmaps, and integrations with ERP/CRM and other services, lead executive briefings and demos, and help expand Stripe's footprint across global markets.

Qualifications

4+ years in a customer-facing engineering role at a global software enterprise.
Executive engagement with key decision makers and credibility at all levels.
Lead customer meetings to gain strategic footing and pursue opportunities.
Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and API architecture.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Connect and platform payments integration.

Responsibilities

Define the customer strategy and close new complex opportunities.
Create end-to-end transformation roadmaps and architectures with deep third-party integrations.
Lead engagements with executives via briefings, readouts, and demos.
Expand footprint into new markets and payment methods within existing accounts.
Act as Voice of the Customer to inform leadership, product, and engineering.
Participate in sales forecasting, QBRs, and territory planning.
Showcase platform capabilities and benefits to stakeholders.
Oversee pre-sales projects and feasibility checks.
