Job summary

The Panel, in partnership with a leading global banking institution, is seeking a Head of Client Asset Oversight (PCF-45) to own and advance the client asset safeguarding framework. This senior role requires strategic governance, robust controls, and active regulatory engagement at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading client asset oversight or safeguarding functions within financial services.
• Experience with CAMPs and client asset governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the client asset oversight framework in alignment with Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
• Own governance, controls, and risk management related to client assets across the organisation.
• Provide independent challenge and senior-level oversight to regulators, boards and executives.
