Avista is seeking a Clerical IV to support our busy administrative functions across Dublin, Limerick and North Tipperary. The role requires a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, strong IT skills and a clean driving licence.

You will be part of a committed team delivering services to people with Intellectual Disability in a person-centred, community-based setting. Applicants should have excellent typing, telephone and interpersonal skills, plus strong planning, time management and organisational

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

• Leaving Certificate /FETAC Level 5 in office administration or have at least 3 years’ experience of working in a busy and varied environment.
• A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, together with excellent typing skills including Dictaphone.
• Full clean Irish driving licence.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Have excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of working in an area delivering services to people with Intellectual Disability.
• Applicants should possess good planning, organisational, communication, problem solving and time management skills.
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.

*Applicants should possess Level 1 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
