Job summary

Apleona UK is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join the team at our facility in Dublin 14. The role involves supervising cleaning operations, training staff, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30, overseeing daily actions, maintaining real-time documentation, and coordinating with the client and Direct Report to address issues and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Start and end shift meetings to review actions and record on team reports
• Conduct daily visual inspections and report findings to Direct Report
• Identify non-conformance and arrange corrections with staff
• Review and sign documents governing works and ensure real-time documentation
• Ensure areas are kept clean to the highest standard
• Train staff and ensure required training and access for working area
• Monitor team performance and report observations
• Ensure audits are completed by team members and reported
• Act with authority to deliver work to standards and procedures
• Report incidents promptly and respond to client requests
• Complete handover to Direct Report before end of shift

We are actively recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at our Facility in Dublin 14

Shift Pattern Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

Duties & Responsibilities

• Start of shift and end of shift meeting with team to review daily action, previously daily actions / outstanding actions – Record on AM & PM Team Meetings Report
• Conducting daily visual inspections of assigned area – Record and forward report to Direct Report
• Identify & report any elements of non-conformance as they arise
• Review & sign all documentation that governs works – Arrange corrections with staff members
• Ensure all Documentation is completed in real time
• Ensure all areas are keep cleaned to the highest standard
• Training of staff working in the above areas
• Ensure team member have required Training & Access for working area
• Monitor the performance of team members and report any observations / comments
• Ensure Audits are completed by team members and return audit to Direct Report
• Acting with authority and ensuring that all work is delivered to the agreed standards and via set procedures.
• Report all Incident as soon as they arise
• Assist with ad hoc request from client – Report all request to Direct Report
• Complete Handover to Direct Report before the end of shift to review daily activities; any concerns / comments arise during your shift.
