Job summary

Mitie is hiring for a cleaning role in Swords, Dublin. The position is permanent with day and night shifts available, 8 hour shifts, and a pay rate of €14.80 per hour plus benefits.

Typical duties include maintaining clean equipment, following safety procedures, completing required training, and working both in teams and independently to deliver excellent customer service. Benefits include pension contributions and other perks.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• You will be open, honest, self-driven and determined.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and use of cleaning chemicals following safety requirements.
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
• Build positive relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.

What you will do as a Cleaner

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs
• Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role
• Work within a team and can work under their own initiative
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
