Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all designated areas including offices, communal spaces, restrooms, and corridors to the highest standards.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately, ensuring proper waste segregation where required.
• Operate and maintain a range of cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages to management promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or hazards immediately.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including COSHH compliance, and wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and address spillages or accidents with urgency and professionalism.
• Work flexibly to accommodate varying shift patterns and organizational requirements.
• Contribute to a positive workplace environment through professional conduct, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
• Undertake onboarding training and engage in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Identify and communicate potential safety hazards to management in a timely manner.
