• Carry out daily cleaning and sanitisation duties across all areas of the workplace, including offices, communal spaces, and facilities, adhering to established cleaning procedures and protocols
• Utilise cleaning equipment and products efficiently and safely, demonstrating proper handling of chemicals and equipment whilst adhering to health and safety regulations and best practice guidelines
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues, concerns, or hazards to your supervisor promptly and professionally
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure consistent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across all facility areas
• Respond professionally to client and colleague requests, demonstrating excellent customer-focused service and maintaining trustworthiness and discretion when working across different areas of the facility
• Manage your time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled working hours, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities and working patterns
• Support additional duties as required, which may include assisting with catering operations or other organisational needs, whilst maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
