In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our workplace environments to the highest level. • Clean and sanitize all designated areas including offices, communal spaces, restrooms, and corridors to the highest standards
• Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately, ensuring proper waste segregation where required
• Operate and maintain a range of cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively
• Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages to management promptly
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or hazards immediately
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including COSHH compliance, and wear personal protective equipment as required
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and address spillages or accidents with urgency and professionalismWork flexibly to accommodate varying shift patterns and organizational requirements
• Contribute to a positive workplace environment through professional conduct, teamwork, and excellent customer service
• Undertake onboarding training and engage in ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role (preferred)
• Proficiency in using a range of cleaning equipment and machinery
• Sound knowledge of cleaning products, their applications, and safe handling procedures
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly COSHH compliance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks consistently
