Job summary

SSTC Institute in Ireland is seeking an educator to develop course materials, plan and administer training, and teach assigned subjects, ensuring progress is assessed and EduTrust standards are met.

You will maintain compliance, create assessments, and contribute to departmental meetings and events to support the institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed course notes and lesson plans for assigned subjects to ensure structured learning
• Plan and administer training programmes to deliver effective instruction for assigned subjects
• Teach subjects within the scope of qualifications to facilitate student learning and engagement
• Source and recommend appropriate training aids and materials to enhance teaching effectiveness
• Assess and grade students’ work and prepare comprehensive progress reports to track learning outcomes
• Assist in creating student assessments to evaluate knowledge and skills acquisition
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and promotional events to support institutional goals
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with EduTrust requirements to ensure regulatory adherence
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the institution’s operational needs
