IPB Insurance in Dublin 2 is seeking a Claims Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure claims handling aligns with SLAs, policies, and regulatory standards. You will evaluate processes, drive improvements, and partner with internal teams and external providers to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the claims lifecycle.

Contract: Permanent
Working Model: Hybrid Working Model (two days in the office, three days working remote on a weekly basis. Flexibility to work additional days in the office will be required depending on business demands).

The Claims Quality Assurance Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring claims handling procedures are executed in compliance with SLAs, best practices, and internal policies. This position involves evaluating claims processing to maintain consistency and accuracy while driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. The role will collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to assess performance, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights. Additionally, the Claims Quality Assurance Analyst will contribute to regulatory compliance, complaint management, and system enhancements, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards across the claims process. The overall goal is to ensure that claims are processed effectively, meeting industry standards and delivering optimal outcomes for the business and its customers.
IPB Insurance is a financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. As such, this role is regulated and subject to the Fitness and Probity Standards as set out by the Central Bank. These standards require that individuals performing Controlled Functions (CFs) are competent, capable, honest, ethical, and act with integrity. In addition, the role is subject to the Conduct Standards introduced under the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023, which apply throughout the course of employment. Accordingly, this role will be subject to enhanced pre-employment screening procedures, and there will be an ongoing requirement for the role holder to maintain both fit and proper status and adherence to the Conduct Standards throughout their employment.
