TLI Group are accepting applications for Civils Supervisors to join the team in the Munster region. This is a site-based role requiring a full, clean Irish driving license.

You will lead civil crews, ensure HSQE compliance, prepare work packs, and coordinate materials and programmes with the Construction Manager to drive on-time delivery. Career progression and training are available within our growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities construction and leading sub-contractors.
• Safe Pass certification is required.
• Desirable ROAR certification for road opening and reinstatement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil crews and ensure HSQE compliance on site.
• Prepare and verify on-site surveys and work packs.
• Ensure materials and equipment are ready for each shift.
• Coordinate programmes with Construction Manager to meet deadlines.
• Deliver HSQE briefings to crew and subcontractors.
