Job summary

Perform Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a civil engineering client for Site Supervisors to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure across Ireland. Roles are based at multiple sites nationwide, with Kilkenny, Carlow, Waterford, Wexford, Tipperary and Portlaoise among locations.

You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, maintain HSQE records, and drive projects to safety, quality and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role.
• Experience in water infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
• Up-to-date training and certifications.
• Knowledge of site operations and construction activities.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Supervise civil works and groundworks.
• Maintain workmanship and quality control.
• Manage labour timesheets and site records.
• Maintain HSQE records and documentation.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve site issues.
• Promote health and safety culture.
