Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Civils Project Manager for a key infrastructure programme in the Dublin area, offering hybrid working and a salary of €95K - €105K plus package.

You will report to the Contracts Manager and oversee objectives, risk assessments, budget control, programme delivery and site management, coordinating specialists and subcontractors while ensuring safety and quality across the project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience delivering projects within a safety-critical environment.
• Demonstrable delivery of civil projects within a main contractor setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Agreeing project objectives.
• Representing client and contractor interests.
• Providing advice on project management.
• Organising professionals working on a project.
• Carrying out risk assessments.
• Ensuring project aims and quality standards are met.
• Using IT systems to track progress.
• Monitoring subcontractors to maintain guidelines.
• Overseeing accounting, costing and budgeting to keep the project on budget.
• Attending site meetings and delivering the project on programme and on budget.
