Qualifications

Responsibilities

INFORM are recruiting for a leading civil engineering contractor who is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team on a major Wastewater Treatment Works project in Limerick.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer with experience across water, wastewater, utilities or heavy civils, looking to work on a technically challenging infrastructure project.

Civil Engineer Role:

• Oversee and coordinate civil engineering works on site
• Setting out and checking levels, lines and dimensions
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors and site crews
• Monitor progress and ensure works remain on programme
• Assist with planning and sequencing of works
• Carry out QA/QC inspections and maintain records
• Liaise with the Project Manager, Site Management and design teams

Civil Engineer Requirements:

• Good understanding of drawings, specifications and construction methods
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of health & safety and quality requirements
