Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Civil Project Manager for on-site leadership in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon. You will deliver civil/building scope, manage stakeholders and drive HSE excellence across live projects.

The role requires 5+ years in civil projects, a Level 8 Civil Eng degree, and strong MS Project and budgeting skills. A full driving licence is essential, with a focus on delivering on-time, within budget results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar civil project role.
• Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with MS Project and programme management.
• Knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations 2013.
• Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSE & Sustainability standards on-site.
• Collaborate with clients, client reps and third-party agencies.
• Lead construction team on Civil Engineering and Building scope.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and process engineering teams.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and sub-contracts.
• Manage cashflow and timely interim payments.
• Mentor and recruit resources for upcoming projects.
• Address client/stakeholder complaints promptly.
• Stay updated with CPD and latest standards.
