ODEON in Ireland seeks a Cinema Experience Manager to lead a team and deliver memorable cinema experiences across busy showings and peak releases. You’ll support the Cinema Manager, motivate hosts, and oversee guest experience in retail, ticketing, and ushering.

We offer training in cinema operations, structured development pathways, and perks including free cinema tickets, food & drink discounts, and wellbeing support. You’ll work evenings, weekends, and late nights as required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments.

• Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression

What you’ll be doing:

Whether you’ve managed a team before or supported one informally, we’ll help you grow into the role. Join us on a €15.15 per hour during training and unlock €19.60 per hour when you're fully trained and ready to go.
