Job summary

ODEON is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to support the Cinema Manager in delivering seamless, memorable cinema operations. You’ll lead and motivate Front-of-House teams, oversee guest experiences across all areas, and drive service excellence during peak film releases.

You’ll contribute to maintaining safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance while coaching staff for growth and progression. The role involves flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with training wages starting

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrates a people-first leadership style and strong communication.
• Maintains high standards of safety, service, and operational delivery.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.
• Willing to travel safely to and from late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Cinema Hosts across shifts.

• Deliver excellent service during busy showings and peak releases.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling.
• Run shift briefings and make on-shift operational decisions.
• Coach team members to build skills, confidence and progression.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling

Whether you’ve managed a team before or supported one informally, we’ll help you grow into the role. Join us on a €15.15 per hour during training and unlock €19.60 per hour when you're fully trained and ready to go.
