Job summary

Omniplex Cinema Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily cinema operations in Cork. You will lead a team, promote visitor services, manage budgeting and stock, and ensure excellent customer service while driving promotions and company objectives.

The role is full-time and on-site, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, payroll, training, and compliance. Experience in hospitality or retail management and IT literacy are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisory/Manager role (min 1 year).
• Full-time, in-person role based in Ireland.
• Proficient IT skills are important.
• Work authorisation for Ireland required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team with supervision, direction and guidance.
• Assist management in achieving audience and sales goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
• Rostering and payroll processing within agreed budgets.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development of staff.
• Adhere to licensing and health & safety regulations.
