Omniplex Cinema Group in Cork is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Mahon Point Shopping Centre. This is a part-time, in-person role focused on delivering exceptional guest services and supporting Supervisors and Management to achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for movies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work proactively in a team environment. Training and development opportunities are available alongside routine promotions and compliance duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail or Hospitality beneficial.
• Part-time, in-person role.
• Proficient IT skills required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service and act as first point of contact.
• Work with Supervisors and Management to achieve business objectives.
• Participate in and drive store promotions and events.
• Follow company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements (IFCO where applicable).
• Perform daily checks and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain stock levels and adhere to cash handling procedures.

OMNIPLEX CINEMA GROUP IS LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER IN CORK (MAHON POINT SHOPPING CENTRE)

Omniplex General Assistants are the first point of contact with our customers. Responsible for ensuring effective visitor services, whilst supporting Supervisors and Management to ensure the business objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work within a team to achieve a goal.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are always adhered to.
• Participate and drive promotions within the cinema.
• Implement company policies & procedures as well as all legal requirements such as IFCO Certifications.
• Perform daily cleaning and compliance checks.
• Ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained.
• Maintain a good knowledge of Products and Services.
• Adherence to cash management procedures.
• Complying with licensing and health and safety regulations
• Complete all other reasonable functions and duties as assigned by Management.
• Adherence to company code of appearance & uniform standards.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Participate and engage in training.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in the Retail or Hospitality area beneficial.
• This is a Part-time flexible in person role.
• Proficient IT skills are also important.
