Job summary

Munters in Ireland is seeking an Advanced Service Technician to support customers with field service, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support. You will help ensure Munters solutions operate safely and efficiently at customer sites.

This role suits an experienced practitioner who can solve non-routine issues, lead daily field work, and coordinate with colleagues while travelling to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Vocational education is required.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience depending on local market.
• Hands-on technical aptitude for mechanical, electrical, control or HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, drawings and safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Ability to coach others and coordinate daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field-service activities for assigned jobs.
• Coordinate tasks for less experienced technicians.
• Analyze difficult technical issues and identify root causes.
• Ensure safety, quality and customer-site requirements.
• Support installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Record work performed and communicate findings and recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and stakeholders on task status.
