Job summary

Munters Dublin is seeking an Advanced Service Technician to support clients with field service, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support. You will ensure Munters solutions operate safely, efficiently and to customer expectations in a dynamic, international environment.

The role is ideal for an advanced practitioner who can solve non-routine issues, coordinate daily work and travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

Vocational education required.
Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on aptitude with mechanical, electrical, control or HVAC equipment.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, service docs and safety procedures.
Customer-focused communication and willingness to travel to client sites.
Ability to coach others and coordinate daily work.

Responsibilities

Lead daily field-service activities and coordinate tasks for less experienced technicians.
Analyze difficult technical issues and support root-cause identification.
Follow safety, quality and customer-site requirements in all activities.
Support installation, commissioning, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
Use service tools and drawings to complete work accurately.
Record work performed, parts used, findings and recommendations in service systems.
Communicate task status, risks and follow-up with stakeholders.
