Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to read work instructions, drawings and safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field-service activities for assigned jobs.
• Analyze difficult technical issues and identify root causes.
• Follow safety, quality and customer-site requirements.
• Support installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Document work performed and materials used in service records.
• Communicate task status, risks and follow-up with colleagues and customers.
