Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in retail/wholesale desirable.
• Familiar with grocery retail and/or foodservice markets.
• 2 years leading a team (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation of the chill/freeze department.
• Build strong influential relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
• Consistently deliver excellent service to customers, maximising profitable sales and loyalty.
• Ensure chill/freeze areas are merchandised to high standards.
• Execute promotions in line with guidelines.
• Work with the re-order team to maintain correct stock levels.
• Achieve compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HACCP records.
• Monitor KPIs and audits to drive performance and safety.
