Harmony Care is recruiting a Residential Care Leader for a children’s residential service in Two Mile Borris, Co Tipperary. The role involves leading a care team, safeguarding, and delivering child-centered support within a multi-disciplinary setting.

The position includes sleepovers, diverse shifts, comprehensive induction, and strong emphasis on professional development, wellbeing, and team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• BA in Applied Social Care Work or equivalent.
• Minimum two years experience in social care with children/young people.
• Right to work in Ireland.

Aufgaben

• Supervise social care team members and relief staff.
• Collaborate with management to ensure high-quality services within resources.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people and maintain safeguarding standards.
• Maintain accurate records and proper handover procedures.
• Liaise with external agencies and participate in inspections.
• Support care planning, placement planning and reviews.
