Avista is a dynamic disability service providing clinical supports and residential services to children with complex needs. This post is for the Children’s Disability Network Team in Cabra/Blakestown and may involve working across the 3 teams with supervision and support.

You will join an interdisciplinary team delivering services to 0–18-year-olds and their families in a family-centered model. Applicants should hold NQSW or equivalent, CORU registration with CPD, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NQSW or equivalent.
• Registered with the Social Workers Registrar (CORU) with active CPD portfolio.
• Permit to work in Republic of Ireland.

Responsabilités

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team for 0–18 year old children and young people with complex needs.
• Collaborate with families within a family-centered model and across Avista teams as needed.
• Contribute to services including Children’s Disability Network Teams, residential and education supports.
