• Registered RGN with recent experience in older person care.
• Post registration management qualification in health or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' management experience in health and social care in the last 6 years.
• Registered on the NMBI live register.
• Strong leadership and governance capabilities.

• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulations.
