CSC is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer and Country Head of Fund Administration for Ireland. You will set strategy, lead the Irish fund administration business and drive sustainable growth while maintaining a strong regulatory and control environment and delivering exceptional client service.

You will work closely with regional and global Fund Services teams, oversee risk and compliance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver scalable, compliant operations across Ireland and beyond.

Qualificações

• Substantial senior leadership experience in fund administration.
• Executive accountability for commercial, operational, client and control outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of the Irish funds industry and regulatory expectations.
• Strong network within the Irish funds market and abroad.
• Experience with PCF-8 roles and Central Bank of Ireland oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the strategy for CSC’s Fund Administration in Ireland, delivering sustainable revenue growth and market share.
• Provide executive leadership to ensure governance, regulatory compliance and robust risk management.
• Oversee operations and client leadership to maintain service quality, client retention and wallet growth.
• Lead people leadership, succession planning, and representation in regional/global governance forums.
