Cpl Group’s client in Dublin 12 is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor for a high-volume chemical facility in Ballyfermot. You will lead a shift team under a 3-cycle pattern (days, evenings, nights) and report to the Plant Operations Manager, ensuring safety, quality, and KPI targets are achieved.

Ideal candidates hold a 3rd level chemical discipline and have 5+ years leading teams in regulated manufacturing. Excellent progression, salary, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in chemical/process disciplines is essential.
• Experience leading production in a regulated process environment.
• Proven ability to drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate all shift production activities to meet targets.
• Ensure safe, efficient schedules and KPI attainment.
• Drive throughput, downtime reduction and changeovers.
• Maintain GMP/quality compliance and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma projects.
