Job summary

Cpl Group is hiring 5 Manufacturing Process Operators for a Dublin 24 plant. Roles involve 2- and 3-cycle shifts, with a mid-October 2026 start and a 24-month direct contract.

Starting salary is €40,888 + 20% shift premium for 2-cycle shifts, overtime, annual bonus, and VHI for you and your family during the contract. There is potential to move into a Line Set-Up Operator role with a further 20% salary increase.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct experience in a high-speed high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to multitask and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work 2- or 3-cycle shifts and operate with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Operate on high-volume manufacturing lines with focus under pressure.
• Maintain quality and safety while meeting production targets.
• Collaborate with team; respond to process deviations and solve problems.
