Job summary

Flexsource Solutions, partnering with a leading chemical manufacturer, is hiring five Chemical Manufacturing Operators for a Dublin 24 plant. Positions start mid-October 2026 on a 24-month fixed-term contract directly with the company, not agency staff.

Starting salary is €40,888 plus a 20% shift premium for 2-shift operation, with overtime, an annual bonus, and VHI health cover for you and your family for the duration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years direct experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communications are essential for the role.
• Candidate must be flexible to work 2–3 cycle shifts and be available for night shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate on both 2- and 3-cycle shift patterns in a high-volume chemical/manufacturing setting.
• Maintain focus under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to efficient production and problem-solving on the line.
