Eden-Social-Care in North Dublin is seeking a talented Chef to join a brand-new nursing home kitchen. You will craft fresh, nutritious meals, tailored to residents' dietary needs, and work with the care team to deliver meals that support health, dignity and enjoyment.

Formación

• Chef qualification or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in healthcare/care kitchen preferred.
• Strong HACCP, hygiene and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to create nutritious, balanced menus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals meeting dietary needs.
• Plan varied menus balanced for nutrition and enjoyment.
• Cater to dietary restrictions including modified textures.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage ordering, stock, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and dietitian to meet residents' needs.
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain a positive timetable.
