Tolka Valley Nursing Home, part of Ethos Care Group, is recruiting a Chef to lead the new catering team and craft meals that meet residents’ tastes and dietary needs.

You’ll work alongside care staff to plan menus, maintain top HACCP standards, and ensure meals are nourishing and appealing in a busy healthcare setting.

Competenze

• Qualified Chef or relevant catering experience.
• Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Passion for cooking and quality ingredients.
• Understanding of nutrition and special dietary requirements.
• Organised, reliable and able to work in a busy kitchen.
• Positive attitude and team collaboration.
• Experience in healthcare or nursing home catering is an advantage.

What You'll Be Doing
