Job summary

Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking an experienced full-time Chef de Rang to join our Coast Restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have two years’ experience in a 3- or 4-star hotel or high-quality restaurant and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

You’ll provide warm, attentive service, take orders, and work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. Excellent communication and a team-focused attitude are essential.

• Two years’ experience in a similar role within a 3- or 4-star hotel or high-quality restaurant.
