Job summary

Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead the Nights Department in a busy four-star hotel by the sea. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a team in a 3-4 star property and Opera experience is essential for night audits and front-of-house operations.

The role is full-time and based on-site in Malahide, just outside Dublin. You will oversee night operations, guest services, and the night audit, ensuring high standards and seamless overnight service.

Responsibilities

• Reception – late check ins and early check outs.
• Completion of the night audit using Opera and Alkimii.
• Overall management of the Night Team.
• Lobby service as required.
• Guest service as required.
• Setting-up meeting and function rooms for the day ahead.
• Provision of a high level of customer service at all times.
• Cleaning duties and delegation of same within the team.

Night Manager - 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide

We are looking for an experienced full-time Night Manager to join our busy Nights Department. The ideal candidates should have previous experience managing a team in a 3* or 4* Hotel property. Opera experience is essential.
