Job summary

Next Generation Products Limited t/a Greenville Deli located at 312 Rathmines Road Lower, Rathmines, Dublin 6, D06HX53 is hiring a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will prepare and cook to a high standard and manage a section during service.

The successful candidate should have at least two years’ kitchen or Chef de Partie experience; a culinary degree or relevant certificate is preferred, with strong cooking and food hygiene knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' kitchen or Chef de Partie experience.
• Strong cooking and food preparation skills, plus knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to a high standard and manage a kitchen section during service.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control; ensure cleanliness and organisation.
• Assist with stock control and minimise food waste; support junior kitchen staff.
