Job summary

The Newly Refurbished SpringHill Hotel is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, responsible for food preparation and production to the highest standards. The role includes overseeing your station, assisting the Head Chef, and ensuring food quality exceeds guest expectations.

The ideal candidate must be eligible to work in Ireland and have kitchen experience, alongside a good understanding of HACCP.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a kitchen covering all aspects of food preparation.
• Understanding of HACCP principles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Be responsible for your own section and support kitchen operations.
• Assist the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team.
• Lead by example in food production.
• Maintain a high level of food quality that exceeds guest expectations.
• Collaborate on menu discussions and present ideas.
