INGLEWOOD HOTELS LIMITED, owner of Zuni Restaurant in Kilkenny, seeks a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team. This full-time role offers 39 hours per week and the opportunity to contribute to exceptional dining experiences. Location: Kilkenny.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Proficiency in cooking techniques and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
