Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a professional kitchen.
• Genuine interest in food and catering operation.
• Ability to contribute creative ideas to menus and dishes.
• Good knowledge of HACCP, health and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational skills to meet service requirements.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high-quality food to agreed standards.
• Support menu planning and contribute ideas.
• Ensure food presentation meets customer expectations.
• Maintain HACCP principles and complete safety checks.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety protocols.
• Manage deliveries, stock rotation and stock takes when required.
• Ensure food is produced within budget and cost guidelines.
• Serve customers professionally and foster a welcoming environment.
• Support special functions and events as required.
• Work flexibly across the catering operation during busy periods.
