Job summary

2 positions of Chef de Partie are required for the Asian kitchen section of Uncle Fast Food Limited T/A Express Fish and Chips & Urban Asian Eats, located at 39 Abbey Road, Killof Grange, Monkstown, Co. Dublin. Assisting Head Chef in preparation, presentation and cooking of Japanese cuisine that specialising in Sushi dishes. Annual salary of €36,605, 39 hours per week. At least 2 years of experience in the preparation and cooking of Japanese or other Asian cuisine.
