Job summary

The Tea Bar Limited, trading as The Tea Bar and The Sushi Bar, invites applications for 2 Chef De Partie positions in Dublin 2. You will assist the Head Chef in preparing and presenting authentic Japanese sushi, with a 39-hour work week and an annual salary of €36,605.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a chef-related role.
• Level 6 qualification incl Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate.
• Experience in Japanese/Chinese restaurant or takeaway preferred.

Responsibilities

2 positions of Chef De Partie are required by The Tea Bar Limited T/A The Tea Bar and The Sushi Bar, a Taiwanese-style bubble tea and Japanese sushi restaurant located at 2 Marchant's Arch, Dublin 2. To assist Head Chef to prepare, present and cooking authentic Japanese sushi. Annual salary of €36,605; 39 hours per week. At least 2 years of experience in a chef-related role at a Japanese/Chinese restaurant or takeaway.
