Job Description

The Locke Burger is open 7 days a week for sit-down and take-away treats. It features outside seating, a busy bar and a menu of fries, wings, and the now-famous Locke Burger - six ounces of juicy, beefy perfection. We are currently recruiting for the position of Chef de Parties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health & safety.
• Monitor food preparation and methods. Evaluate information against standards.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients, season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgement.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be passionate about food with at least 2 years of experience in a busy, fast‑paced restaurant.
• Previous experience in food hygiene is essential.
• Proven ability to work in a busy environment and as part of a team.
