Job summary

The Albatross Restaurant and Bar at Fermoy Golf Club in Fermoy, Co. Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen. You will be responsible for preparation, presentation and maintaining high food hygiene standards in a fast-paced setting.

Salary €36,650 per annum; 39 hours per week; on-site role at Fermoy Golf Club. Previous experience in a modern busy kitchen and culinary qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
