Job summary

CHONGQING FOOD LIMITED T/A CHONGQING NODDLEAPT 1, 168 CAPLE STREET DUBLIN 1 is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join the team. This role requires 39 hours per week in a busy Dublin kitchen, with focus on authentic Chinese dishes and high standards of hygiene.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a kitchen as Chef de Partie, a passion for cooking, and strong teamwork and communication skills to thrive under pressure while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a kitchen at Chef de Partie with chinese dish.
• Passion for cooking and eagerness to develop new skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain highest level of hygiene standards whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
• Attend training as required
• Carry out any other reasonable request from a member of management
