Job summary

Liberty Grill Ltd in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a kitchen candidate for a fast-paced role. The position is full-time with a flexible roster, day and night shifts, and no Sundays or bank holidays.

Liberty Grill is New England influenced restaurant which opens 6 days a week from 9am with brunch through to dinner in the evening.

All dishes in the restaurant are made and cooked from scratch using the best primarily sourced locally ingredients

The dinner menu features a number of cuts of steak, prime fish as well a vegetarian and vegan dishes. The menu comprises of classic dishes with seasonal weekly specials

The suitable candidate will share our belief of using the best ingredients to creatively prepare & cook food to the highest standard as well as using the opportunity to learn

Candidates should have two years experience as this is very fast paced kitchen
