Yomari Restaurant in Boyle, Co. Roscommon, invites applications for two Chef de Partie to join our Indian Nepalese kitchen. This is a permanent, full-time role with 39 hours per week, based on site.

Candidates should have a minimum two years relevant experience and prior Chef de Partie work. You will produce high-quality meals from fresh ingredients, manage kitchen operations, and contribute to menu improvements.

Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie x 2 sought for an Indian Nepalese restaurant, Yomari Nepalese and Indian Cuisine, Main Street, Boyle, Co. Roscommon. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of two years relevant experience. Previous Chef de Partie experience is essential. Key responsibilities will include: Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredient using spices, running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, improving the existing menus etc. This is a permanent full time role. Hours of work per week: 39 hours.
