Job summary

Thali Nepal Restaurant Limited is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to prepare and cook Nepalese dishes at our Cork and Midleton locations. You will work to menu specifications, ensuring authentic curry preparation while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

The role requires 39 hours per week with remuneration starting at €36,650 per year. Candidates with strong knowledge of health and safety in a busy kitchen will fit well in this environment.
