Jacksons Hotel & Leisure Centre in Ballybofey, Co. Donegal, Ireland, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be instrumental in crafting and delivering outstanding menu offerings, taking ownership of a specific kitchen section. You will expertly prepare and present dishes, ensuring every plate meets our exacting standards of quality, flavour, and visual appeal. Collaborating closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will contribute to innovative menu development, uphold stringent hygiene and safety protocols, and actively mentor our talented junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of culinary excellence and growth.
As Chef de Partie, you will:
Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard.
Take responsibility for your designated section of the kitchen.
Assist with menu preparation and daily service.
Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and presentation.
Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
Help ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team when required.

Has previous experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Has a genuine passion for food and cooking.
Is organised, reliable and able to work under pressure.
Has excellent attention to detail and high standards.
Works well as part of a team.
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
Relevant culinary qualifications are an advantage, but practical experience and the right attitude are equally important.
