Job summary

BrookLodge & Macreddin Village in Ireland is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality menus and leading a busy kitchen.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor crew, ensure food safety, and contribute to menu planning. This full-time role offers a 39-hour week, 20 days annual leave, competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities to progress within a hospitality-focused team.

We are currently seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced culinary professional with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchens, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen Crew in the creation, planning, and execution of menus.
