Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Chinese cuisine and Dim Sum dishes.
• Essential: Level 6 qualification (incl Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate).
• Non-EEA nationals require an employment permit to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in preparation, presentation and cooking of Chinese cuisine, with a focus on Dim Sum.
• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard in line with the Jalan Jalan Restaurant concept.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and work within the team to ensure smooth service for 39 hours per week.
