Tolka Valley Nursing Home is recruiting a Catering Supervisor/Head Chef to lead the kitchen team from day one, delivering nutritious, freshly prepared meals tailored to residents' preferences.

You will establish menus, implement HACCP standards and manage ordering, stock and budgets while creating a warm, person-centred dining experience for residents in a brand-new facility.

Competenze

• Previous experience as Head Chef or Catering Supervisor in healthcare/hospitality settings.
• Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge and practice.
• Experience in healthcare, nursing home or institutional catering is desirable.
• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of nutrition, modified diets and the needs of older people.

About You
